Regular Opportunities to Donate our Money and Materials

--Brown Bag Bring Back: Monthly opportunity to fill a bag provided to you with in-kind donations for various causes and projects in the community such as student supplies at the beginning of the school year.

--Collection of Various Special Offerings for causes such as Pennies for Hunger, Disaster Relief as needed, the One Great Hour of Sharing, Wake County Habitat for Humanity, the Joy Gift, and others.

--Food Drives: Food drives benefitting the Holly Springs Food Cupboard and the Fuquay-Varina Food Pantry.
Opportunities to Donate our Time and Energy

Rise Against Hunger: Annual to semi-annual event to fight hunger by packaging high protein meals for "food scarce" areas of the world. Food packaging events are great family friendly events. Ages: Toddler to adult.

Habitat for Humanity Build: Participate in faith coalition house building. No construction experience necessary! Minimum age of 16 to participate. KoHS participates in a coalition build once a year.

Salvation Army Bell Ringing: Help ring the bell for the Salvation Army at Christmas time! KoHS takes a four hour block of time each year.
International and Interfaith Opportunities

Interfaith Relations with the Cary Islamic Center: Experience interfaith dialogue with Muslim brothers and sisters through a "break the fast" dinner during Ramadan.

Sponsorship of Guatemalan student: Connect with our Guatemalan student and help him/her through school.

International Mission Trips: Through our relationship with the Kirk of Kildaire, travel to Guatemala and visit/work with our mission partners.
